& Apparel Demo Program Contract
Our “FREE” 30-day Demo Program is intended to assist
our customers in finding the right racquet for “their”
game. Although the associated costs of maintaining a Demo Program
that utilizes over 250 racquets is substantial, the resulting satisfaction
of helping our customers find that “perfect racquet”
more than justifies the expense!
Since 1985 we
have combined our *Guaranteed Lowest Price Policy, with great service,
a wide selection and unmatched expertise to become the Nation’s
Largest Tennis Specialty Chain!

& Apparel guarantees the lowest retail prices… on identical
“in stock” items, excluding closeouts and “going
out of business” sales!
Rules &
Regulations
1. Courtside’s Demo Program is 30 consecutive days in duration.
2. Courtside customers are allowed to borrow a maximum of 3 racquets
per checkout (exceptions must be approved by manager).
3. Each demo checkout is limited to a maximum of 5 days (extensions
must be approved by manager prior to checkout)..
4. A late-fee of $1.00 per day, per racquet will be assessed on
all late returns. All late fees must be paid prior to the continuance
of any demo privileges.
5. Courtside Demo Program customers are responsible for damage to
all demo racquets resulting from accident or abuse.
Note: Courtside will be responsible for defective racquets &
all maintenance on demo racquets, due to normal wear and tear.
6. Courtside Demo Program customers are responsible for the return
of all demo racquets and will be charged at prevailing Courtside
retail prices for racquets that are lost, stolen etc while in their
“custody”.
7. If a demo racquet(s) is more than 14 days late, your card will
be charged the CTA price for each racquet.
8. Failure to purchase a new adult performance racquet after two
consecutive FREE 30-Day Demo Programs will necessitate an up-front
fee of $30.00 prior to the initiation of the third 30-Day Demo Program(s).
Note: If a new Courtside Tennis & Apparel adult performance
racquet is purchased prior to the conclusion of the third 30-Day
Demo Program, your $30.00 will be applied towards the purchase price
of the racquet.
I agree to the above contract & acknowledge that I have read
& understand the terms of this agreement.
