Brian Martinez, Director Of Tennis

Prior to becoming the Director of Tennis at Natomas Racquet Club, I was the Junior Tennis Coordinator at Gold River Racquet Club for the past four years. I grew up as one of the top competitive juniors from Gold River Racquet Club. Marty Rothfels (Director of Tennis, Gold River Racquet Club) and my dad, Tom, started my tennis 18 years ago at the club. I was involved in playing at the top junior, collegiate, and international competitive level. I am coaching all levels of players, from the best toddlers in town to our top juniors, as well as, recreational and competitive adults. I pride myself on meeting the needs of every student based on their abilities and goals. I look forward to growing the tennis program here at Natomas Racquet Club.

Michelle Agurto - I have been one of the assistant tennis pro’s at Natomas since the summer of 2006 and very excited to be part of this program. My dad’s love for the game is what got me started at the age of 8. I have been teaching and playing competitive tennis on and off for the last five years. Feel free to contact me with any of your tennis needs.

Glenn Davis - I came to Natomas in November of 2006 after serving as the Director of Tennis at The Country Oaks Racquet Club for 5 years and the Associate Tennis Professional at the Gold River Racquet Club prior to that. I have been a USPTA certified professional (P-1) for 21 years and look forward in helping NRC develop a premier tennis program.

Alex Agurto - I have been part of the tennis staff here at Natomas for about a year now and happy to be part of this growing program. I grew up in the Bay Area and started playing tennis in High School. I coached boys and girls varsity and have ten years of teaching experience. I am here to help improve and develop your game.

Jim Westfall - I started at NRC in April of 2006 and it’s a pleasure to be part of this program. I look forward in helping this club develop a full tennis program for all ages.

Nick Cunningham - played # 1 singles & Doubles UCSC Mentored by Bob Hansen has experience working with all ages, including Collegiate and International players.

Ramon Perez - # 3 Singles Sac State # 2 Doubles. Has experience working with all ages specializes in high performance Junior and tour professionals.
